Cognitive analytic therapy for parents involved in family court process

Here at our Therapists have experience in delivering cognitive analytic therapy to parents who are going through a family court process.

It may be that therapy has been recommended by the social worker or the judge, or that the parent themselves sees this as a necessary next step.

Cognitive analytic therapy integrates different therapeutic approaches in a helpful way. It aims to identify relationship issues that may have their roots in past trauma or experiences, but are affecting the client in the present. It is relational and change focused and can really help parents understand and change their relationships for the better.
