Restoring, Regenerating and Rewilding: A Collective Experience for Reconnecting with Land and Nature

Our First event in 2023 was at Dundreggan Rewilding Centre, Glenmoriston, Scotland (see the blog on this website for photos and more info)
Our Second event in May 8-11th 2025 is at Rookhow, Rusland, The Lake District
Organised and facilitated by Dr Nick Barnes, Dr Abi Tarran-Jones and Amanda Copeland our immersive nature events are for relational therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and mental health clinicians who are curious to learn more about nature approaches and how they can be integrated with therapeutic or clinical practice.

We are very excited to offer opportinities to come together in beautiful natural settings, for a residential experience offering space for restoration, regeneration and rewilding of our selves and our practice. We seek to explore ways of supporting ourselves, each other and those that we work alongside to overcome difficulties and distress and enable meaningful opportunities for change.
The residential will involve a mix of solo and group experential exercises, reflective exercises, teaching and re-wilding practices. It will involve moving and walking through natural terrains. A list of equipment and recommended clothing to bring will be provided.

Our next event is at Rookhow in the Lake District see here for more info: Home (rookhow.org.uk)
