Throughout therapy you have helped me with many things. You have helped me analyse and understand my brain using diagrams and flow charts, looking at each part of the puzzle and putting it all back together. The things that you have helped me to discover about my past and how my thoughts and feelings affect my relationships, has entirely changed the way I view circumstances and people and I can already feel relationships with others improving.
When I first met you I didn't know how to cope or deal with the emotions I was feeling, which resulted in a bad relationship with food and other forms of self harm. You have helped me to find exits and understand that the negative thoughts are just thoughts and I don't have to listen.
I feel you have given me so much from therapy, and now it is my turn to take what I have learnt and apply it. I want to build stronger relationships with my family and with my friends, building up my ability to trust others and create a support network which healthily works for both ways.
My recovery has been so challenging at times and will continue to be, however with your help I feel so supported and able to push through. Thank you for all the help you have given me it has genuinely changed my life. What you do for people like me is amazing thank you!
