2021 World Mental Health Day

Everyday I am inspired by the ways in which I see clients fight back against mental health conditions like OCD, anxiety, depression and eating disorders to take back control of their lives, face fears and change their lives for the better. I feel so privileged to be able to be present with clients, a part of their journey supporting them and learning from them at the same time.


Today is World Mental Health Day for ourselves, for our loved ones, for the World we have to keep doing this ♥️♥️ love and solidarity
